Pessoas que não se conhecem e que em poucos dias ganham afinidades, descobrem diferenças, semelhanças, partilham alegrias e tristezas...
Jovens cheios de irreverência, com voz para falar ao mundo!
Jovens a quem adoro mostrar o meu país!
E aos poucos um grupo de estranhos ganha personalidade, ganha sub-grupos, cria uma identidade que não tem nada a ver com o seu país de origem...
e nós que estamos de fora observamos e também somos observados...no jogo do tu e do eu, nós e do eles...
Tentamos fazer jogos e actividades para ajudar a integração e coesão dos membros do grupo... para facilitar o processo de mudança...
mas no fim eles também nos mudam!
É impensável quantificar o quanto crescemos e enriquecemos enquanto pessoas depois de passarmos por estas experiências!
Team-work... um mundo sempre novo por descobrir!
